Gayle’s is a picturesque retreat centre ideally situated in outstanding countryside on the South Downs, where Charlotte has taught many retreats and returns to for its amazing gardens and surroundings. The environment and ambience encourage an open, safe, relaxed and intimate atmosphere that promotes learning and self-development.
Your programme will include two daily yoga sessions, alongside options to join a silent walk, nutrition talk and evening mindfulness meditations – or simply take some time in the countryside, relax or chat with others.
Yoga content will vary according to time of day, more energising and opening in the mornings, moving to relaxing and restoring towards the end of the day and optional late night meditation.

Les Passeroses has great rooms and a dedicated yoga space, all amongst a beautiful environment based on space, nature and nurture. There is a large oval pool, surrounded by wooden decking and a tiled terrace where you can enjoy the heat of the sun, or relax in the shade of the gazebo and enjoy the panoramic country view. Steps to the side invite you to explore the large garden, an ongoing project and personal passion for the owners. You can also enjoy the more intimate garden rooms, lake, potager and open spaces.
