Weekend Retreats at Gayle’s in Sussex – November 6th-8th 2020, January 8th-10th, May 14th-16th 2021
Somatics Training Retreat for Yoga Teachers – March 19th-21st 2021
Gayle’s is a picturesque retreat centre ideally situated in outstanding countryside on the South Downs, where Charlotte has taught many retreats and returns to for its amazing gardens and surroundings. The environment and ambience encourage an open, safe, relaxed and intimate atmosphere that promotes learning and self-development.
Your programme will include two daily yoga sessions, alongside options to join a silent walk, nutrition talk and evening mindfulness meditations – or simply take some time in the countryside, relax or chat with others. There is also a Soundbath with Ruth Summers on Saturday evening.
Yoga content will vary according to time of day, more energising and opening in the mornings, moving to relaxing and restoring towards the end of the day and optional late night meditation.
“It was a brilliant weekend – your kindness and firm but gentle holding of the sessions was perfect and much appreciated.” Joanne, Sussex

Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat at Les Passeroses in SW France – June 27th-July 4th 2020
Only three places left!
For her sixth year in a row, Charlotte is returning to enjoy the incredible style and hospitality of the lovely Alex and Adrian…
Les Passeroses has great rooms and a dedicated yoga space, all amongst a beautiful environment based on space, nature and nurture. There is a large oval pool, surrounded by wooden decking and a tiled terrace where you can enjoy the heat of the sun, or relax in the shade of the gazebo and enjoy the panoramic country view. Steps to the side invite you to explore the large garden, an ongoing project and personal passion for the owners. You can also enjoy the more intimate garden rooms, lake, potager and open spaces.
Easiest journey is by Eurostar, meaning arriving in style and with less stress!
“Charlotte’s clear enthusiasm meant time practising yoga seemed to fly by. Clear and concise instruction, delivered in a fun and friendly way, meant the yoga was the star of the show. Throw in incredible food, some de-stress nutrition talks, meditation, silent walks, massage from local therapists and plenty of laughter and good company along the way, and you have a recipe for restoring body, mind and soul.” Martin Clark, editor Om Magazine
Yoga & Mindfulness Week – Grenadine Lodge, Turkey, 21st-28th September 2020
This yoga hotel is really lovely, with great service and truly lovely staff. The swimming pool is big enough to properly swim with a small bar beside the pool, which also serves snacks and amazing fresh pomegranate frozen juice ‘slushies’. It also has two yoga shalas which overlook a pomegranate field, which is where the yoga sessions will take place and a Turkish tree house where students can relax.
Dalyan village is situated on the small river that joins the lake to the sea and the yoga hotel is situated in the conservation area between the village and the beach. There are hotel bikes you can use for a lovely (and flat!) 10 minute cycle into town. This means you can either completely escape or enjoy this lovely town with beautiful river, cafes and great shopping if you want…. The beach is a 15 minute bus ride or you get get there by river taxi from town – there is turtle sanctuary at one end.
