Schedule:

• 2-2.30pm arriving circle; tea and check-in
• 2.30-3.30pm practice lead by Charlotte; things she's playing with currently - some formalised shapes and movements leading into explorative time
• 3.30-3.45pm break
• 3.45-4.30pm personal practice; a communal space for physical practice or meditation in silence - Charlotte will guide just timings, but not content
• 4.30-4.45pm final circle and reflections
