Schedule:

• 1.30-2pm arriving circle; tea and check-in
• 2.00-3.00pm practice lead by Charlotte; things she's playing with currently - some formalised shapes and movements leading into explorative time
• 3.00-3.15pm break
• 3.15-4.00pm personal practice; a communal space for physical practice or meditation in silence - Charlotte will guide just timings, but not content
• 4.00-4.15pm final circle and reflections
