    Hi Charlotte. I’m half way through your Destress effect book and finding it really helpful. I have had health problems for a while, (incl asthma and CFS) but managing them with help of yoga and nutrition. I’ve been with a nutritionist for over 14 years now and pleased to see that the advice I’ve been given is all in your book but it helps so much to have it re affirmed and reminds me of why I do or eat what I do. My question is about storage of nuts and seeds, I’ve recently had a problem with both , causing stomach issues…. especially ground flaxseed and pine nuts. They are not tasting right either….Should I decant into screw top jars or keep in fridge or can I freeze any? I’d be grateful for your advice. Thanks, Sue
