Beginners Hatha Yoga 6 week courses
This course will introduce you to the universal principles of the physical practice (Hatha Yoga) within the yoga system. Charlotte will clearly and accessibly guide you through the key physical components and breath work that characterise yoga and it’s ability to calm, centre and ground. She will include the fundamentals of yoga philosophy that are most relevant to begin and continue a practice that you can transfer to other classes and any yoga school or system. These will be taught experientially within the physical practice, to feel their meaning and effects and “still the mind”; the essence of yoga.
