What to Expect:
Today is a big package of extra info, as you’ll need it all as you go along. Don’t worry, I won’t be bombarding you with so much that it seems overwhelming – there’s plenty enough info in the book to be getting on with. The days to follow will be podcasts, graphics and short articles to keep you inspired and motivated, but also to help you understand the body and mind processes that so often unfold when we go through a process of change.
I’ll be sending these out to you every 2-3 days for the next six weeks. That means that you’ll receive these titled ‘Day 1’, ‘Day 3’, ‘Day 5’ etc so don’t worry when you don’t get the days in consecutive 1, 2, 3….enjoy!
Saving your info:
The following media can be downloaded and used to help you chart your progress, help become aware of what suits you and to record the best choices to come back to time and time again. These pages are not open to all on my website, so I suggest you bookmark them to come back to and start a folder to save all your bits and pieces. This will help if you’re not quite ready to digest the info in the order I send it, but can explore at your own pace and style.

Also to monitor change along the way:
This is the quiz from Chapter 1: Is Stress Ruling Your Life, Health and Happiness? in a form that you can print out and use to monitor your progress. I suggest not doing it too often as you’re looking for an overview and certainly don’t want to get hung up on results as you go along. Symptoms will ebb and flow and many heighten as you go through detoxification, but you can track for instance, if you overindulge one day, how do you feel after?
I also suggest doing this at the beginning and then putting away to not look at and then compare to one you do in six weeks time. As we’re looking for deep and fundamental change, we don’t always notice quite how profound our results are as we’re going along!
