I offer several levels of support package to help you find the ideal match, including packages for three consultations (roughly three months) as the usual time-frame for me to work with a client and establish long-lasting change and addressing health issues. Within all prices, I research any part of your health conditions needed (including medications), look for extra recommendations needed outside consultation time and guide you through changes as queries and the need for reassurance might arise. Your investment therefore includes your permission to approach me with any questions; however strange or trivial they may seem – they are all important!

  • The De-Stress Diet*, yoga videos & breathing audio, strength training videos, progress charts and other resources

  • Sessions can include nutrition, yoga, breathing, mindfulness sessions as we discuss you need – with ideas new to you or working with existing practices to suit your current energy and health needs. Sheets for home practice (with pictures) will be provided and any exercises and positions we do together are photographed for you to refer to later.
  • *Where appropriate, alternative books 100 Best Foods for Pregnancy, 100 Foods to Stay Young and 100 Top Recipes for Happier Kids can be offered instead.

Extras:

  • Any extra time needed for meeting or telephone contact available at £30 per 20 min
  • One-to-one yoga/mindfulness/meditation sessions available extra at £60 an hour
